Our staff and trustees are committed to making sure we provide the best quality service we can. If you have a comment, complaint or compliment to make about Penderels Trust and the services you receive from us, please complete the form below and we will:

  • acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 days or within 7 days for a comment that requires no immediate action;
  • investigate any complaints within 10 days (if this is not possible, for example due to the long term absence of the relevant person, notification of this fact will be given in writing within 3 days);
  • keep you informed of the progress made and the subsequent outcome of the complaint you made.
