At the beginning of the above period, the Trust was governed by a total of ten
Trustees, all of whom were also Directors of the Company. There were nine
Trustees from July 10 following the sad death of Peter Henson, and eight from
February 11 following the resignation of James Moraghen. We are now seeking
expressions of interest from those who wish to become a Trustee.
