To provide support for a 26 year old man who has anxiety and depression issues.
To provide general day-to-day support and to support him in a volunteering role.
He would like support with social inclusion; going out to see bands, going to the cinema and researching and attending local groups. He would need support to do grocery shopping and also to encourage him to cook meals.
To provided motivation and support with everyday tasks.
A carer who should be hardworking, reliable, honest, patient and be committed to the role.
Experience with these types of issues would be an advantage.
Interested in music, literature and walking.
A good local knowledge of Boston and what’s available in the community is an advantage.
Being able to drive and be able to use your own car is an advantage but not essential
A DBS would be required at no cost to the applicant
Usually to cover afternoons and evenings.
Flexibility would be an advantage and the days and times can be discussed at interview.
