The guidance on the use of PPE can be found on the home page of this website in our Coronavirus COVID-19 section. As you will be aware, supplies of PPE are scarce so should only be used if required. If you do need supplies, we can try and order this for you via the NHS. This is for customers in North and North East Lincolnshire only where special arrangements have been made.
Please email our team at email@example.com with the following information.
Please tell us how many personal assistants you have (PAs). You will need to work out how much PPE you need per week and what items you need - pairs of gloves, aprons, masks or hand sanitiser (subject to availability).
The PPE will need to be picked up from the Innovation Centre (see our address top right of this page). We need the details of the person picking up the PPE:
1) Car registration
2) Colour, make and model of car
3) Name of person collecting PPE
4) Mobile number for person collecting PPE
We will be taking every precaution to keep you safe and well and will be following all of the government guidelines.
The person picking up the PPE will be asked to attend on an appointment basis only.
To collect the items, please drive up to the reception area where the delivery will be ready for collection. Please wear a clean pair of gloves and bring a bag or box to put your items in. You will need to put the box or bag into your own car boot, we are not able to do this for you. Our staff will be in their own cars but are only there to replenish the supplies, not to load for you for their own and your safety.
They will take a photograph from their car of your car when you collect the PPE in case it is required by the NHS for audit purposes.
