PA Finder is a register of personal assistants (PAs) who are looking for work supporting people with disabiliities or long term health conditions to live independently in their own homes.
You will be able to access PA Finder service free of charge through this website. You will be able to use the search function to choose the type of person you wish to employ - the skills and experience they have, whether they can drive and what languages they speak, for instance.
The search function will then provide a shortlist of PAs with their profile. This will also contain contact details so you can invite them to interview if you wish. You will still be able to choose which person you employ and they will work for you, not your local authority or Penderels Trust. Benefits to you include:
