Direct Payment Support Services for Social Care
We have been providing Direct Payment Support Services since their introduction in 1997. We work in partnership with our local authority partners and tailor our service to meet the requirements for that area. We work with people who have a direct payment for their Personal Budget and Personal Health Budget.
Personal Health Budgets
We can support people who have a direct payment for their long term healthcare needs as part of their Personal Health Budget. We are now working with a number of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) to help them develop and deliver their Personal Health Budget support service.
We are registered with the Department of Work and Pensions as a Corporate Appointee. To support this growing sector of our business, we now have dedicated teams of staff around the country helping individuals who are unable to manage their own benefits money.
Working in partnership with local solicitors, we offer a service to provide the practical support that comes with being a deputy.
For those people without capacity to manage their own direct payment, we can act as a 'suitable person' for those individuals who use an agency for their care.
