About the employer

Family looking for support for our son who is a 41 year old man with autism and limited speech. He sensitive to bright light, including sunlight, loud noises including conversations that exclude him, unexpected movement, and hidden agendas. He has a Motability car and likes to traveling by any means. He loves the sea and water in general. He also likes playing solitaire and listening to songs on his laptop. He likes to go swimming and even goes sailing with one of our PA’s and enjoys going for a walk most days. Looking for a person to join our warm-hearted and resourceful team. You would be working one on one with the client. Day hours and night hours included

shifts are as follows On a four week rota shifts between Friday 7am to Monday 7am sleep in nights

Due to the nature of the work, this post is subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure. Costs will be covered.

Transport requirement

Car driver and car owner – must have business insurance.

Required skills

Ability to hand-over to other staff effectively. No professional qualifications necessary as long as they have the willingness to learn
