About the employer

I am an 19yr old girl seeking a Personal Health Care Assistant(s) to join my existing team of PHCAs at home. I have Cerebral Palsy, Dystonia, Epilepsy and I also have a tracheostomy, but I do not let my health needs define me, and I enjoy living my life to the fullest, I just need extra help to achieve this. My health needs mean that I need 24/7 support to help me with all my care needs, to ensure that I am safe, mobile, and comfortable. This includes overnight support. I live at home with my Mum, Dad, 2 sisters and 2 well behaved dogs. I’m a very sociable person and known as a bit of thrill seeker, I’m certainly not as fragile as some people may assume. I’m generally always looking for the next new experience and I like to be busy with activities and events, but I also love to chill at home. I love art, music, cooking, shopping and socialising (including mocktails in town!). I love the outdoors, watching movies and I’m a huge Disney fan

You have a responsibility as an employee to report all accidents to the employer immediately and to report defects or hazards which may give rise to an accident. You are to ensure the safety of the individual at all times.

Due to the nature of the work, this post is subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure. Costs will be covered.
