Availability is required on the following days and times:
27 year old Male Transgender with autism diagnosis and anxiety disorder. He uses a power assisted wheelchair to get around and is able to walk small distances but mainly uses wheelchair or walker to get around. PA support is required to access the community and take part in activities together. Weekends are alternate days. Full driving licence and own a vehicle is required for this role.
The individual's needs may vary from day to day and your tasks may reflect this. You could be required to perform other duties as reasonably required.
You have a responsibility as an employee to report all accidents to the employer immediately and to report defects or hazards which may give rise to an accident. You are to ensure the safety of the individual at all times.
Due to the nature of the work, this post is subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure. Costs will be covered.
Car driver and car owner – must have business insurance.
