Are you happy, easy going, hard working? Support needed for a very independent older lady, who has a sense of humour and looking for someone she can rely on. She is blind and needs help with chopping veg in preparation for dinner, support with household chores and minimal personal care of washing and applying cream to her back and legs. She is easy going, friendly and enjoys company. She wants to go out and has a mobility car for the use of achieving this. The applicant must hold a full driving license. The hours can be discussed but support would be needed morning and teatime. If you want to make a difference, apply.
The individual's needs may vary from day to day and your tasks may reflect this. You could be required to perform other duties as reasonably required.
You have a responsibility as an employee to report all accidents to the employer immediately and to report defects or hazards which may give rise to an accident. You are to ensure the safety of the individual at all times.
Due to the nature of the work, this post is subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure. Costs will be covered.
