He enjoys anime, exploring his surroundings, and engaging with the world around him, and requires support to help keep him safe while doing so. He is creative, curious, and enjoys meeting new people and trying new experiences. With a calm and gentle nature, he is continually developing new skills and growing in confidence every day.
There is some flexibility around the hours if required. During school holiday periods, the hours will need to be worked on a weekday.
The successful candidate must have experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN), hold a full driving licence, have access to a car, and be insured for Class 1 business use.
The individual's needs may vary from day to day and your tasks may reflect this. You could be required to perform other duties as reasonably required.
You have a responsibility as an employee to report all accidents to the employer immediately and to report defects or hazards which may give rise to an accident. You are to ensure the safety of the individual at all times.
Due to the nature of the work, this post is subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure. Costs will be covered.
Car driver and car owner – must have business insurance.
