I am a middle-aged lady living with a number of health conditions, including ME (Myalgic encephalomyelitis), long-term back problems and Fibromyalgia. Due to the nature of these conditions, some days are better than others, and I require support to help me continue living independently in my own home. I am looking for a reliable and caring Personal Assistant to provide support on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. I understand the challenges of balancing work and family commitments, so I am happy to discuss start times that fit around school or nursery drop-offs. A love of animals is essential, as I share my home with five cats and two friendly dogs who are very much part of the family. It would be wonderful to find someone who would be happy to help me take my dogs for a walk to the local park. They are well-behaved and friendly, and while you walk alongside them, I will join you at a pace that suits my mobility. This support would give me the confidence to get out into the fresh air and enjoy some gentle exercise when I am able. I am looking for someone who is patient, understanding and supportive, with a good sense of humour and a positive attitude. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others maintain their independence while building a friendly and trusting working relationship.
