About the employer

Our son is a very happy little boy who loves being out and about. He enjoys visiting parks, feeding the ducks, and will happily spend ages watching and playing with bubbles. He also loves soft play and activity centres when they are not too busy, and swimming is one of his favourite activities. Even something as simple as a walk to Greggs for a treat can make his day. As he is non-verbal and can find busy environments or people being too close to him overwhelming. When this happens, he can become anxious and may need reassurance and space. Our son is unable to communicate verbally, he can sometimes become frustrated when he is unable to express what he wants or needs. However, he is generally very easy-going and easy to please when engaged in activities he enjoys. Our son has a very active and curious mind, plenty of energy, and loves to keep busy. He would benefit from a PA who is patient, understanding, and enjoys being active and spending time outdoors.
