Loves going to charity shops, treasure hunts, making and creating, goth makeup, the Clash, and cats. not big on crowds, loud noises, or groups of kids but likes small scale adventures and calm company.

It is important to build a trusting relationship with the young person through respect, humour, and shared interests.

Support them in doing things that feel safe and enjoyable - at home or out and about.

You need to be able to offer calm co-regulation when life gets overwhelming.

Looking for an a person with experience with neurodivergent young people and who are autistic where being familiar with PDA and ADHD is an advantage but the willingness to learn will also be appreciated.

If this sounds like your kind of thing - a role that is part support, part creativity, part genuine connection - get in touch.
