About the Employer

I am a woman in my fifties living in Stonehouse. I have mental health issues and am looking for someone to help me get out and about in the community.

Summary of Duties

Accompany me to the shops and on trips out.

Motivate me to take part in activities

Support me to use my computer and stay organised. Support me to attend appointments and with my emotional wellbeing. With my permission, follow up with the necessary professionals, any issues I am experiencing, whilst following the safe guarding procedures.

The Person They Are Looking For

  • Must be female*
  • You must be a car driver, be willing to drive your own car and have business insurance. A mileage allowance will be agreed upon appointment.
  • Must be flexible
  • Non smoker preferred. You will not be permitted to smoke during working hours
  • Awareness of mental health conditions preferred but not essential
  • Must be confident, happy and non-judgemental
