She is an accomplished author, has worked on film sets, participated in ice swimming and rowing expeditions, and has lived in various locations around the world. Currently, her sensory, autistic, and mental health differences are restricting her ability to access the things she wants to and needs to without overcoming access barriers. She is passionate about helping others with similar experiences and is often engaged in new projects and ideas including supporting NHS involvement projects. The employer has sensory and communication differences. While she has been highly active and is very driven, she can experience periods of burnout. During times of sensory overload, she may become dysregulated and will require calm, compassionate support. Full training and shadowing will be provided to help the support worker understand how best to offer assistance.
