About the Employer

We are looking for a SEN PA to add to a network of support for our beautiful six-year-old son. He is autistic and is currently non-speaking, he has high needs and requires constant supervision but is making lovely progress in his development which is so exciting to see! He is starting to use a talker and he will request favourite foods, he will lead and gesture to what he wants and he has a good understanding of simple language.

Within the family he has two big brothers, a Mummy and Daddy and a pet black Labrador all who love him very much! He particularly likes exploring the garden (in almost all weathers) among the flowers, watching the trees, sitting on a swing, playing in sand and water and collecting sticks! He likes reading books with an adult, listening to YouTube simple songs, jumping on his trampoline, sensory play, being tickled and cuddled but most of all he loves his snacks!! He enjoys trips to the park and still uses a pushchair to provide security and safety. He is very precious to us and brings us so much joy.

We would love to find a warm, kind person who can help with all his needs, form a great relationship, nurture his progress and help him thrive! Most of all, making time together really fun!

Please reach out if you feel you could be the special person that wants to make a huge difference to our little man’s life and help him on his journey to reach his full potential!
