About the Employer

I am a lady in my early 40s who is neurodivergent and lives with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), fibromyalgia, and an acquired brain injury. I am looking for a female support worker who is patient, understanding, and willing to take the time to get to know me, including the reasons behind how I think, feel, and do things.

I have a variety of interests and enjoy cooking, arts and crafts, trips to the theatre, and visiting Warwick Castle to see the birds of prey. I also enjoy attending dog training and agility sessions with my dogs, so it is important that you are comfortable, confident, and happy to be around dogs. Building a positive relationship with my dogs is essential, as they are a very important part of my life and provide valuable emotional support.

I am looking for someone who can support me with a range of activities and day-to-day needs. Flexibility is important, as the days and hours of support may vary depending on my health and circumstances.

I have a quirky, bubbly personality and enjoy having a laugh. However, it can take me a little time to feel comfortable around new people, so I would value someone who is understanding, reliable, and willing to build a trusting relationship at my pace.

If you are kind, patient, flexible, and enjoy supporting someone to live life to the fullest, I would love to hear from you.
