We are currently looking for someone to join our Hartlepool team in order to provide advice and information to people with disabilities who live independently. This is a varied, hybrid role: home and office working, plus travelling throughout the community. The successful candidate will be joining a leading not-for-profit organisation that provides independent living services to people with disabilities and health care needs nationwide.
Location: Hartlepool, TS24 7QT. Hybrid working applies, office days will be discussed at interviews
Salary: £25,610 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Days & Times: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Closing Date: Tuesday 2nd September 2025
