Free Wellbeing Workshops – Open to Coventry & Warwickshire Residents Two fantastic opportunities from Arts Uplift, designed to support mental health and wellbeing through creativity. Learn more. 1. Song Writing for Wellbeing - A 10-session in-person course led by musician Martin Riley at The Benn Partnership, Railway Terrace, Rugby CV21 3HR. Sessions run on Thursdays from 15th Jnauary 2026 to 19th March 2026 (7.15pm to 8.45pm) 2. Creative Writing for Wellbeing - Four online workshops via Zoom on Wednesdays from 7pm to 8.30pm on 21 January, 25 February, 18 March and 15 April 2026. The course will explore where stories come from, story structure, character creation, meaning, form, plotting, redrafting and how to stay unblocked creatively.
