Worcestershire County Council has now set up the system for getting PAs booked in for their Covid-19 vaccination. As a direct payment user or PA in Worcestershire, you should have been sent this information directly but if you haven't, please go to the bottom of this page to download the letter from the council which tells you what to do. There are letters for direct payment recipients, PAs and direct payment facilitators. The letters include the links to the booking system. There is also a detailed Frequently Asked Questions document for health and social care workers.
PAs are eligible for free PPE. Please make your request via this weblink: https://capublic.worcestershire.gov.uk/PPESanitiserRequestForm/PPERequestWCCForm.aspx
Requests should be made for 3 months' worth of supplies.

Worcestershire's Don't Break Now Campaign
Worcestershire County Council's 'Don't Break Now' Campaign are looking for people who have been directly affected by Covid and who are prepared to tell their stories in order to encourage people to continue to follow the rules while the vaccine roll-out takes place.
We have had a good response so far, but would like more people who meet one or more of the following criteria: male, aged 18-30 and/or are BAME.
The main things we want to do are running a radio advertising campaign, film videos of people telling their stories, adverts in Worcester News and adverts on the side of waste collection lorries.
There’s also the potential to be interviewed by the Worcester News and possibly one of the local radio stations.
Participants will not be required to do all of these things, but if you could take part in at least one of these, it would be really helpful.
Anyone who is interested in taking part should email their contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
