We are pleased to confirm that our new online payroll system, My View, is now up and running.

If you would like access to My View, please send your name, your CG number (this will be on the top-right hand corner of your timesheet) and the following information for all your PAs to myview@penderelstrust.org.uk.

We will let you know when you have been set up and our User Guides will give you step-by-step instructions on how to get started.

My View is an easy-to-use, online system that is accessed with a username and password. This means instead of waiting for payslips to arrive in the post or by email, you can log on and view payslips as soon as they become available, which will be the day before payday.

This simple and easy online system is not just for employers; PAs will also have access to an account where they can view, print and download their payslips and pay documents. This means employers will no longer have to send these to their PAs.

In the future, PAs will also be able to submit hours worked directly onto the online system. As the employer, all you will then have to do is authorise these hours with the click of a button. This will send the hours to be paid immediately to our Payroll Bureau for processing.

This new system brings many benefits to you as a payroll customer including a simpler, quicker and more responsive payroll service. If issues arise, our payroll team will still be available to support you and, as the online system reduces staff workload, our response times will greatly improve.
