The Department of Health and Social Care’s national recruitment campaign, #MakeCareYourCareer is running between October 2025 and mid-March 2026. The ‘Make Care Your Career’ campaign is looking to inspire individuals with the right values to consider a career in care, the campaign will showcase the diverse and flexible roles available and highlight that you don’t need formal qualifications to apply.

The campaign will feature across TV, radio, social media and digital advertising.
