Individual Employers and Personal Assistants – Sector Feedback

Skills for Care is inviting individual employers and personal assistants (PAs) to share their experiences and views as part of a new sector feedback exercise.

The organisation is gathering insights to better understand the current landscape for individual employers and PAs, including key challenges, emerging opportunities and future workforce needs.

The findings will be analysed collectively and used to inform an insights report for the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) . This will provide evidence about the sector’s current position and support future discussions around workforce planning, skills development and sector growth.

All responses will be analysed collectively and reported in a way that protects individual confidentiality. Your input is invaluable in ensuring the report accurately reflects the experiences, perspectives, and priorities of those working across the Individual Employer & Personal Assistant sector.

The deadline for completed surveys is Friday 18 September 2026.
