Penderels Trust achieves Investors in People Gold Accreditation

We invest in people GOLD!

We are delighted to announce that Penderels Trust has been awarded We invest in
people Gold accreditation by Investors in People.

This is a significant achievement for the organisation and recognises the
commitment, contribution and dedication of colleagues across Penderels Trust.

Investors in People assesses how organisations lead, support and develop their
people. Achieving Gold shows that good people practices are embedded across the
organisation and that staff are actively involved in making work better. Only a small
proportion of organisations assessed by Investors in People achieve Gold, making
this a strong recognition of the culture, teamwork and shared commitment across
Penderels Trust.

The assessment also gave colleagues the opportunity to share their views and
experiences. That feedback has been used to shape an action plan, which will help
guide further improvements over the coming years.

This accreditation is not just a certificate. It reflects the work taking place across the
organisation every day to support colleagues, strengthen services and continue
improving how we work.
